My beginnings
I’ve always been the person people came to with their problems—since childhood, I loved listening, offering perspective, and helping others to find solutions. My fascination with the human mind, behavior, and deeper motivations only grew stronger over time.

Chapter 1
The low point
My own life hit a breaking point in my late 20s—physically and emotionally—I started searching for explanations and ways to get out of my mess. Call it an awakening or just desperation, but I dove into every method I could find: Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, astrology, Human Design, yoga, meditation, hypnosis, tapping, essential oils, crystals, cacao ceremonies… and eventually became an advanced Theta Healing practitioner.
While each practice gave me insights and temporary relief, I kept hitting an invisible limit. Nothing truly got to the root of my struggles and therefore didn't allow me to truly change.
This is when Access Consciousness found me — I read one of the very first questions you begin to ask and immediately knew that I had found something that would help me go beyond these limitations:
"What else is possible?"
... Let it sink in ...
Chapter 2
My life began to transform
I was hooked. Unlike anything I’d explored before, the premise of Access Consciousness is that there is no limits—it constantly invites new possibilities - just like the question "What else is possible" proposes.
It allowed me to question everything I had been doing - not from a point of critisim but from a sense of motivation and curiosity, knowing that something else is possible.
Within a week, I took my first Access Bars class. A month later, I scraped together all my money and jumped into the Foundation course. And when I commit to something, I go all in—six months later, after many more classes, I even became an official English-German translator for Access Consciousness.
And not only did I find a new perspective on life, my personal issues began to transform:
-
I let go of my big flat and many possessions in Berlin and embarked on a traveller's lifestyle.
-
I became friends with my body, stopped judging it and started working with it to create how I want to look and feel.
-
I trusted my intuition and came to Ibiza - without knowing anybody or anything about it - moved into a room and found the love of my life (who happened to be my housemate, how convenient).
-
I began to change the financial mess I had gotten myself into over the previous couple of years.
Chapter 3
Brining it out into the world
The two main take aways - amongst many little realisations and inspiring concepts - are the following though:
Firstly, I love how simple yet incredibly effective the tools of Access Consciousness are: Because consciousness includes everything by default —mind, body, and being—without judging it. It doesn’t label things as right or wrong, but simply and pragmatically asks: What is this? And how can we change it?
Secondly, it is deeply self-empowering! I am taking responsibility for creating EVERYTHING in my life, which means that I am stepping out of any places where I consider myself a victim. If I have created the mess, I am also capable of creating the transformation into a bright future. This also eliminates any guru-cultures: no one else can tell me what is right for me, expect for myself.
The more I perceived energies and the more I understood how things worked within myself, the more I began to see what is going on for others under their surface. Just like when I was younger, people would come to me to be heard and for advice. Only now, I could empower them with tools and questions and explain concepts to them that had made my own life to much easier.
There are few thing in life for me that are as fulfilling as witnessing a big change in someone, knowing that their pain has gone away and that their life is becoming more joyful.
I'm beyond grateul for the new perspectives and changes Access Consciousness has created in my life and the lifes of my clients and close ones.
This is why I’m so excited to share this work with the world!
